Creamed honey, also known as whipped or spun honey, is simply raw honey that has been processed to control crystallization. It has a smooth, spreadable consistency and lighter color than liquid honey of the same floral type.
This honey is sourced from beekeepers ranging from Corpus Christi to Houston.
Try it on toast, ice cream, yogurt, oatmeal, pancakes, waffles, or in tea, marinades, sauces, salad dressings, and more.
No sugar added; Only honey and culinary-grade essential oil.
